Documents Required for Indonesia Tourist Visa
- Original passport with at least 7 months of validity from the date of travel
- All previous original passports (if applicable)
- Copy of any previous Indonesian visa (if applicable)
- Copy of NTN
- Copy of CNIC (front and back)
- Two passport-sized photographs with a white background
- Confirmed return flight itinerary (travel date should be at least 14 days after visa submission)
- Confirmed hotel booking
- Latest original bank statement for the past 6 months with a minimum balance of PKR 500,000
- Original bank account maintenance letter
- Request letter from the applicant’s company/institution on letterhead, specifying the purpose of the visit
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate or booster
- Police character certificate (for new passports and first-time travelers)
